^†See terms, conditions, limitations and your effective date in the service agreement that will be sent once Cinch Home Services, Inc. receives and accepts your enrollment request. Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies. PlumbingProtect deductible due at time of service request and is separate from the plan premium. Non-covered charges, incidental charges and dollar amount caps may apply. If you cancel after 30 days and have placed a claim, you would be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee as well as the remainder of the annual premium or the amount of the claim, whichever is less. Not available in all states; subject to sales tax where applicable.
